Moondance Jam was a success this year, the crowd was drunk on music and the Tow Truck was bearing down hard and fast.... so much so that the good people at Moondance asked the Tow Truck back again next year....
Tow Truck Tom has finished in the studio for a 3rd time now to bring you more of the Kick Ass Southern influenced "Roots Rock" that we all know and love. The band rented "Freeman James Studios" in Maple Grove, MN and with the help of a smokin' engineer by the name of Seth Phillips, the boys were able to turn out some of the best music they have written to date. With a deadline given to them, a schedule that was enough to make some go slightly insane, and an albums worth of material that needed to be finished, "Rope, Wire, Chain" turned out a rockin, well rounded work of art. As always, a story can be told out every "Tow Truck" song, but the guys took it one step further with this album and continued a story that was started on their 1st album, "20 Gallon Disaster", continued on the 2nd "Sophomore Slump", and now continued once again on the 3rd effort. Maybe a concept double album is in the future for the boys, stranger things have happened...
